Travis L. Henning

Associate

Travis joined the Philadelphia office of LMP as an Associate in January 2010.  His primary responsibilities include researching investment ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to LMP, Travis was an investment banking analyst in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on transactions involving commercial and trust banks, financial technology companies and broker-dealers.  While at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Travis completed several transactions including International Asset Holding Company’s merger with FCStone Group, the sale of Broadridge Financial’s clearing business to Penson Worldwide and the sale of a minority stake in Higher One to Lightyear Capital.

In 2007, Travis received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
