Steve joined the Los Angeles office of LMP as an Associate in 2011.  His primary responsibilities include researching investment ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to LMP, Steve was employed by Wells Fargo Securities as an analyst in its Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group in Charlotte.  At Wells Fargo, Steve worked on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions primarily involving specialty finance firms and insurance companies.  His efforts included work on the $3.6 billion equity offering for MetLife and note offerings for Alleghany Corporation and Dollar Financial Corporation.  Steve was also an analyst on the initial public offering of a major business development company.

Steve received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, with honors, from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
