Jason joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick as a Senior Associate in June 2010.  Prior to LMP, Jason was an Investment Banking Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Financial Institutions Group, where he advised clients on transactions involving commercial and trust banks, specialty finance companies and asset managers.  Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jason was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Forensics group, where he conducted investigations into corporate accounting irregularities on behalf of clients.

Jason received his MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with high distinction, from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University.  Jason is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
