Jason H. Klein

Associate

Jason joined the Philadelphia office of LMP as an Associate in 2011.  His primary responsibilities include researching investment ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to LMP, Jason was an investment banking analyst in Citi’s Financial Institutions Group in New York.  While at Citi, Jason worked primarily on merger and acquisition transactions involving insurance companies and related broker-dealers.  His efforts included work on the $4.9 billion sale of Hewitt Associates to Aon Corporation, the $368 million initial public offering of Primerica, Inc. and concurrent $230 million minority investment by Warburg Pincus LLC.

Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with high distinction, from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University.
