Commercial Credit’s primary customers are small and mid-sized businesses in the transportation, waste management, and construction industries. The Company provides financing for the purchase of “yellow iron” equipment such as cranes, trucks, trailers, excavating equipment, and other products with high collateral values and long usable lives. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Commercial Credit has lending operations in the Southeast, Northeast, Midwest, and Southwestern United States.

Commercial Credit has successfully grown its finance receivables portfolio while maintaining consistently strong credit quality. Since its inception in 2004, the Company has originated over $1 billion in finance receivables.

In 2012, Lovell Minnick Partners acquired a majority position in Commercial Credit. Proceeds from the transaction were used to support the Company’s continued growth and provide liquidity to certain institutional shareholders.
