Company Description
Berkeley Capital Management was a registered investment advisor managing assets for both institutional and individual investors.  The Company had two investment divisions.  The Berkeley Investment division, based in San Francisco, employed Dividend Equity style which focused on high relative dividend yield large-cap U.S. and global equities and was sold primarily through the managed account channel to individuals and smaller institutions.  The Delta Asset Management division, located in Los Angeles, offered a Core Equity product and a Concentrated Equity product, both of which were sold primarily to larger institutional clients.

In May 2003, LMP acquired Berkeley from its parent, London Pacific Group Limited.  The Berkeley Investment division was subsequently sold to Forward Management, LLC, in June 2008.  The Delta Asset Management division was acquired by Marshall & Ilsley Bank’s asset management arm, M&I Investment Management Corp.
