Arrowstreet Capital LP is a Boston, Massachusetts-based investment management firm that was established in July 1999.  Arrowstreet provides structured investment strategies, developing products in a common model-based framework that exploits research advances in a broad range of disciplines.  It offers institutional separate account management services in the following equity products: global, international, emerging markets, and market neutral investment strategies.  Arrowstreet’s asset gathering focus is on the institutional market in the United States, Canada and Europe.  As of September 30, 2011, Arrowstreet had over $30 billion in AUM.

In August 1999, LMP provided capital for the liftout of the management team and the start-up of the firm’s operations.  In May 2007, Arrowstreet management repurchased LMP’s interest through a leveraged recapitalization.
